If your order does not meet your expectations, we offer a structured return process for standard, non-customized products within 30 days of delivery.
Submit a Request
Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receipt to provide your order number and the reason for your return.
Wait for Approval
Our team will review your request to ensure the items are standard stock; once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully repackage the concrete products in their original crates or packaging to prevent breakage during transit, as damaged returns cannot be refunded.
Shipping and Inspection
Ship the items back to our warehouse via a tracked carrier; once we inspect the material and confirm it is in resalable condition, your refund will be processed minus a restocking fee.
